Background: Jamison is a multi-instrumentalist, performer and educator. He's had extensive training on piano and music theory starting at a very young age, as well as a long history in the performing arts.
Jamison studied vocal music education and music composition at the University of Northern Iowa and Iowa Central Community College. While at Iowa Central, he participated in their musical theater shows performing in shows such as Newsies, Grease, Mamma Mia, and The Little Mermaid. He performed with the concert choirs and chamber ensembles at both schools and played piano and bass in the jazz band at IC. He’s performed with a cappella ensembles and has a passion for writing a cappella song arrangements!
Jamison loves teaching and has a deep passion for passing his knowledge and experience onto his students. He believes that music is a universal language and it's the best medium to bring people together! He believes that anyone can be great if they work hard and have fun along the way!
